EXPORT INQUIRY PROCESS

From requirement to a clear next step.

Our role at the start is to turn the buyer's request into a useful product and packing discussion.

01

Share the requirement

Send product type, intended use, expected volume, destination and preferred pack. If something is not decided yet, say so.

02

Confirm the key points

We discuss the product format and relevant specification points such as cut size, colour, heat and packaging.

03

Prepare the quotation basis

The conversation can then move toward a practical quotation and follow-up information for the buyer's review.

A BETTER FIRST MESSAGE

What buyers should include.

  • Product: powder, whole dried chilli, crushed chilli or sweet paprika
  • Use: retail, foodservice, seasoning blend or manufacturing
  • Quantity and purchasing frequency, if known
  • Destination country or port and preferred Incoterm, if applicable
  • Target packaging format and any private-label requirement

Providing these points does not commit you to an order; it simply makes the sourcing conversation more efficient.
